Description
The machine is used for wire binding with a simple spiral from the roll and can be used universally for books, brochures, calendars, also with an extended back wall, stationery, also with a protruding register, etc. The material costs are due to the use of tinned or nylon-coated spiral wire from the spool low.
Remove the wire from the spool, pull it straight over the straightening tools and guide to the winding mandrel
Place the pre-cut product on a table plate with special block supports left>
Shape the spiral over the winding mandrel (the scope of delivery includes radii 10, 12, 23, 19 mm) and screwing into the binding perforation
The pin of the winding mandrel determines the spiral diameter
Electronic regulation of the spiral length
Double-sided cutting of the spiral and simultaneous bending of the wire ends
Short changeover times to formats and block thicknesses
Comfortable operation in a sitting position
Activation of the work cycles via foot pedal and knee switch
