ATS Tanner US 2000 TRSL banding

This automatic inline banding machine has a pneumatic product hold-down device and centering. The extra long conveyor belt takes over the product stacks (single or double use) from the upstream machine and transports them to the product stop. Before banding, the stacks are pressed and aligned on all four sides. Products are transported via conveyor belt to the US-2000 TRS-L, where the stack is centered on all sides, pressed and banded once or twice.
